If your puppy is diagnosed (by a licensed veterinarian) with a congenital, life-threatening* health defect or serious disease that was contracted at my kennel area, I will fully refund the purchase price in exchange for the puppy. |

entropion or cherry eye; common, treatable, sickness or
intestinal parasites. Also, this health guarantee does not
cover illnesses contracted away from my kennel.
To obtain refund, puppy must be returned (at your
expense) along with the registration papers and a signed
affidavit by a licensed veterinarian, his examination
records, to include a description of the symptoms,
diagnosis, prognosis, suggested treatment, and his
opinion of how and where the disease or sickness was
contracted. All vet fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
My liability will only be for the purchase price of the
puppy - $400 - in return for the puppy. I will not pay
your vet bills for treatment or transportation costs.
These are part of the normal risks we all take when
we purchase living creatures.
