I have raised six litters without any major
problems, but, as with any living creature,
sometimes sickness or disease occurs.

If your puppy is diagnosed (by a licensed
veterinarian) with a congenital,
life-threatening* health defect or serious
disease that was contracted at my kennel
area, I will fully refund the purchase price
in exchange for the puppy.

Sometimes puppies of all breeds contract some defects,
such as the following, which are not considered serious or
life threatening.  For example:  undescended testicle;
under bite or overbite; entropion or cherry eye; common,
treatable, sickness or intestinal parasites.  Such things
are treatable and do not interfere with the pet quality of
the animal.  However, they may interfere with the
qualifications of the animal for competition in shows. My
dogs are generally sold for for pets and for hunting.  I
would urge you not to give up on your pet due to one of
those or a similar treatable illness, when the animal can
still give you many years of love and companionship.  
However, if you feel that you must return the puppy:
To obtain refund, puppy must be returned (at your
expense) along with the registration papers and a signed
affidavit by a licensed veterinarian, his examination
records, to include a description of the symptoms,
diagnosis, prognosis, suggested treatment, and his
opinion of how and where the disease or sickness was
contracted.  All vet fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

My liability will only be for the purchase price of the
puppy  - in return for the puppy.  I cannot be
responsible for your vet bills for treatment or
transportation costs.  These are part of the normal
risks we all take when we purchase living
creatures.

confident that you will be satisfied with your puppy, that if you are dissatisfied
within its first year of life, for any reason, I will refund your purchase price in return
for the puppy.  I want you to be happy, both with the puppy and with your
experience dealing with me.
